ATTENDANCE POLICY
Students are EXPECTED TO ATTEND ALL LECTURES.

HOMEWORK
Assigned homework will not be collected but students are expected to work all problems.

TESTS
There will be 4 exams during the semester and an optional final exam. The date of each exam will be announced in class at least one week in advance. If you are satisfied at the end of the semester with your grade based on the 4 exams during the semester, it is not necessary to take the final exam. There will be no make-up exams during the semester. The final exam is comprehensive and will be used as a make-up exam. It can also be used to replace your lowest grade on one of the 4 exams during the semester. Students who elect to take the final exam can decide after the exam whether they wish to use it for a replacement exam.
