HOMEWORK Homework will be assigned regularly but not collected. Many test problems and examples worked in class. The quizzes will often consist of homework problems. It is highly recommended that you keep up with the assignments and attend class regularly.

GRADING POLICY Your class grade will be based on four in-class tests, unannounced quizzes, and a required comprehensive final examination. The four tests will count 68%, the quizzes 10%, and the final exam 22% of your final grade.

NC POLICY A grade of NC (no credit) may be awarded at the discretion of the instructor if your attendance has been regular (at least 80%), if you have taken all the in-class tests and the final examination, and if your course average is over 50%
