At the discretion of the instructor, regular attendance will be taken into account when assigning grade in borderline cases. Make-up tests will be given at the discretion of the instructor and only if there is a valid serious reason documentable by the student. HOMEWORK Homework problems will be assigned as soon as we finish each section in the textbook. It is expected that you work on the problems at hom. Homework assignments will not be collected. However, similar problems will be used for the tests. TESTS There will be 4 fifty minute tests. The test date will be announced in class one week before each test GRADING POLICY 25% each test; Grade Scale: A(90 - 100%), B(80 - 89%), C(70 - 79%), D(60 - 69%).
